  • Anything particular makes you feel tense?

  • How was your sleep?

  • Was there anything on your mind that kept you awake?

  • Did you to anything physical that you felt was to much for your pelvic floor later?

  • Is there something that you just can’t get off your mind?

Telemental-Health

Because the mind is really a part of this process, we recommend that you take the time to integrate mind work with an expert to help our brain let go of the pelvic muscle.

Sleep

During uninterrupted sleep, your body enjoys restorative rest and low muscle activation. This reduced tone and increased relaxation of the body promotes healing and recovery.
