We recommend that take 10 minutes each day to write about the stress of your day.
Anything particular makes you feel tense?
How was your sleep?
Was there anything on your mind that kept you awake?
Did you to anything physical that you felt was to much for your pelvic floor later?
Is there something that you just can’t get off your mind?
Be sure to write down anything that may have preceded a painful flare.
